The Holidays are getting closer and maybe you’ll have a little extra free time on your hands. It’s the perfect time to catch up on a few movies you might have missed.

This is a diverse list of 10 best horror movies streaming on Prime. I tried to include a variety of different styles and subgenres. There are more great horror movies on Prime, including some of the classics.

Goodnight Mommy – The Dutch version. Not the American remake of a foreign horror that they never seem to get right. And yes, it’s subtitled.

Terrifier – Art the Clown’s first full feature film. He’s this generation’s horror icon.

Vivarium – An unsettling horror. House shopping that starts out innocent enough, and then down a twisty slide we go.

The Descent – Claustrophobic monster horror. I won’t lie, the first time I saw this movie I caught myself holding my breath a few times.

Hush – A deaf writer is stalked in a home invasion. Resourceful escape horror.

Willow Creek – Found Footage style horror. Slow to start, but hang in there.

Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum – Another found footage gem. Creepy if you’re okay with subtitles. Korea does some of the best horror.

P2 – Trapped in a parking garage. Always seems to fly under the radar.

The Vault – Another under the radar movie. Well known actors and a good story.

Let Us Prey – A bloody good time. This one’s dark and gory.

Check out these movies and a ton more on Prime.
